BMW E36 window clicks up, but doesnt move down,faulty motor or sensor?

Question

I've tried replacing the switch for the Driver side window and that didn't work. All of my other windows including sun roof work so its not a fuse. I believe it's either a motor or regulator issue. But is there a known fix for this issue as its fairly common?

 

I drive a '93 325I.
