1999 volkswagen passat gls 1.8l wireing questions?

i have a few questions about my 99 vw passat gls 1.8t sombody cut all the plugs to my stereo out of my car so im wondering does that wire harnes unplugg somwhere so i can replace it with a new set of wires that has plugs on it? if so wheres it unplug from and also my windows dont work except the back window on the passanger side the rest of them have no juice goin to the plugs or switches my fuses are good so im wondering where can i back track my window wires to so i can check connection? if you know anything can you please be really discriptive and help me out here please and thanks

Unfortunately there is no additional set of connectors on the radio connection. Each wire leaves the Radio head unit and goes to its destination from the dash (speakers, power etc) You will need to re-connect them to a new VW or other connector. I have done this with a 2001 Passat and it has the sime wiring system in it as your 1999.
